This Plan serves as the transportation component of the overall master planning effort of the City of Athens, Alabama entitled “A Vision for Athens,” hereinafter referred to as the Plan. This Plan is incremental in nature, beginning with the Future Land Use and Development Plan adopted in December 2013.  The plan was adopted by the Planning Commission on March 17, 2015.
