NOTE REGARDING FEB. 16 MEETING: Because of the potential for severe weather and the area being under a tornado watch, the Zoning Board of Adjustments has postponed tonight's meeting. Items planned for tonight's agenda will be placed on the March 16 meeting agenda.

Hearing Cases


The Zoning Board of Adjustment is responsible for hearing cases on changes to the nature of property:
  • Administrative Appeals
  • Interpreting Zoning Boundaries
  • Special Exception Uses (including Major Home Occupations)
  • Variances

Applications


BOZA Application fee is $20. Submission deadline/meeting dates may be adjusted due to holidays/conflicts, etc. Applicant/applicant's representative must attend the meeting for action to be taken on the case.
