Danielle is a certified group fitness instructor who has been practicing interval training since 2015. Over the years she has developed her own preferred workout style that combines strength training and HIIT. Danielle is passionate about physical, mental, and spiritual health; she uses her class to promote growth in all of these areas through fitness and fellowship. She loves the environment created by group workouts because it instills accountability and provides a support system through which everyone can pray for and encourage one another.
