1. How do I reserve a pavilion?

2. How much to reserve a pavilion?

$30 a day.

3. How far in advance can I rent a pavilion?

Starting January 1st you can rent the pavilions anytime April 1 – 2nd weekend of November of the same year.

4. Can I get a refund for my reservation?

Refunds are only given for inclement weather and must be requested. Please notify us withing 3 business days. In the event a refund is issued, a check will be mailed to the person who paid. Please make sure we have an updated address when you request a refund. 

5. Does your pavilions have kitchens?

Three of them do: Jimmy Gill Park, Lincoln-Bridgeforth Park, and Robert Tinnon Park (5th Avenue). The kitchenettes may be reserved for an additional $25. No cooking is allowed in the kitchenettes.

6. Do we have to pay for pavilion rentals in advance?

Payment is due at the time of reservation.

7. Is a deposit required?

No, a deposit is not required.
